This page allows you to create forms for the Cradle tool, each heading on this page generates a new form on the tool.

Follow the following steps to set up a new form:

Click on 'Edit' to start editing this page Create a form by starting a new heading, add a new line where with "==name of form==" Collect the property numbers that you want to use on the new form. Use Special:ListProperties to find these P numbers Add them to your new heading, each one on a new line. Each line should start with a semicolon ; If you want to create a dropdown you can either use a fixed dropdown or a dropdown with suggestions. The latter will also allow you to add other items to the value.

add a colon after the property number that you want to change into a dropdown. either use 'hardselect' or 'softselect' followed by another colon Add all items numbers (Q-numbers) that you want to add to the dropdown, using a comma as a delimiter. You can make a field mandatory, by adding "|mandatory" after the line that contains the property number that you want to make mandatory.
